What is on the buffet
The spread usually includes grilled chicken and other BBQ items, Arabic mezze such as hummus and moutabel, fresh salads, grilled and stir fried vegetables, rice, dal or curry, fresh breads and a dessert selection. Vegetarian guests are fully catered for, and Jain or pure veg meals can be arranged on request.
Drinks and refreshments
Soft drinks, water, tea and traditional Arabic coffee are served through the evening at no extra cost. Welcome dates and Arabic coffee are offered on arrival at the camp.
