Our BBQ buffet is served fresh at the camp with a wide spread for every taste.
Starters: mini samosa, pakoda, falafel, potato cutlet, Arabic dumplings with mint yogurt and tomato chutney. Salads: green kachumar, Russian, Greek, fattoush, tabbouleh, hummus, beetroot and kidney bean salads. Bread: papadam, Arabic bread, tandoori naan, garlic bread. Non veg BBQ: chicken drumstick, lamb kabab, chicken boti, fish cutlet, grilled shrimp. Veg BBQ: veg shashlik, grilled potato, onion, tomato and capsicum. Main course: steam rice, biryani, dal makhni, palak paneer, butter chicken, mutton ouzi, live pasta and noodles.
