How group booking works
1. Tell us the shape of the group
Number of guests, the date, where everyone is staying, and whether there are children, elderly guests or anyone who should skip the dune driving. That last detail matters more than people expect and it changes what we recommend.
2. We propose a format
For smaller groups a shared tour usually works. Above roughly ten guests, multiple private vehicles keep the group together, arrive at the camp at the same time and let us adjust the dune intensity per vehicle.
3. We confirm pickup logistics
If your group is spread across several hotels we build a collection order and give each hotel its own time, so nobody waits in a lobby for forty minutes.
4. Final numbers and confirmation
We confirm the total, the vehicle count and the timings in writing before the day.
