How do you book a desert safari in Dubai?
Message the operator directly with three things: your date, how many people are travelling, and where you are staying. That is enough for us to confirm your pickup time and the exact total before you pay anything.

What to send when you enquire
- Date. Peak winter weeks fill up, so flexibility helps.
- Number of guests, and the ages of any children, because dune bashing is recommended from age 7 upward.
- Where you are staying, so we can give you a pickup window rather than a guess.
- Anything we should know about mobility, pregnancy, back or neck conditions, or dietary requirements.
That last point matters more than people expect. It lets us brief the driver and the camp in advance rather than rearranging on the day.
Booking direct versus through an agent
Safaris sold through a hotel concierge desk, an OTA or a holiday package carry a margin on top of the operator’s rate. That is how those channels work and it is not dishonest, but you are paying for it.
More practically, a reseller cannot change anything on the day. They cannot shift your pickup time, soften the dune driving, or fix a problem at the camp, because they do not run the tour.
We run our own vehicles to our own camp in Al Awir, and our office is at Office 103, Al Murar, Deira. When you message us you are talking to the operator.
How far in advance to book
Peak weeks, meaning Christmas, New Year and February half term, fill up. Book those as early as you can.
Outside those, a few days is usually enough.
Same day is often possible depending on vehicle availability. WhatsApp is the fastest way to find out, because we can check and confirm immediately.
What you should ask before booking with anyone
Four questions tell you more than any price comparison.
Which desert is the camp in? This decides your transfer time in both directions. Ours is Al Awir, the closest of the main areas to Deira, Bur Dubai and Downtown.
Is pickup included from my area, with no surcharge? Some low headline prices add a transfer fee afterwards. Ours covers Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman at no extra cost.
What time will I actually be back? Our evening safari returns around 9:30 PM. A camp further out returns later.
Am I booking the operator or a reseller?
Which tour to book
- First visit — evening safari, AED 80. Dune bashing, sunset stop, camel ride, BBQ buffet and live shows.
- Short on time or visiting in summer — morning safari, AED 100. Back before midday.
- Want reserved seating — VIP safari, AED 120.
- Family or group of five plus — private safari, AED 500 per car. Often the same or less than seats.
- Sleeping in the desert — overnight safari, AED 500.

What happens after you book
We confirm the total and the tour. The day before, we confirm your exact pickup window, because it depends on your building and on traffic and we would rather give you a real time than a placeholder.
On the day the vehicle arrives at your hotel, apartment or agreed meeting point. If your building has restricted vehicle access, which is common in Marina and Downtown towers, we will have agreed a specific lobby or bay with you in advance.

Do I pay in advance? Message us and we will confirm the payment options for your booking. There is no booking fee or card surcharge.
Can I change my date? Tell us as early as you can and we will do what we can.
Do you charge for children? Children under 3 generally travel free. Send the ages and we will confirm the exact total.
Is hotel pickup really included? Yes, across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.
Can I book for a large group? Yes. Above six or seven guests we run multiple vehicles. See group booking.
